More of a question… rather panic, than comment.

I recently lost my entire address book. At the time was locked up (not responding) and I chose to do a force quit. After that, the only enries I had left were the one for Apple and my own. I (unwisely) do not have a back up of the info. I have (perhaps unwisely again) used my email (Apple Address Book) to store data that was important. Is there anything you could advise that I do to TRY to recover all this information? HELP!

It hapenned to me once and what I did was moving the file (this is the corrupted file) to the desktop and renaming the file (which should a backup of your address book) to

These files should be at /HardDrive/Users/YourUsername/Library/Application Support/AddressBook
